It was clean with a spacious room which was clean. Breakfast had a fair selection. Staff were helpful.

The overall cleanliness of the room sheets and common areas. The location was great as well in the new town easily accessible to the old city and Medina by red cab. The pool was great as well since I went in September and the weather was still great.

very bad breakfast i was chocked i have to ask for water or anything there was no open baufet it was a saml table with 2 boiled egs 1 yougart and an ounce of cheese and half a Baggett cut!!! less than a cup of milk and hardly one cup of tea!

A warm welcome from the staff at the desk, comfy room and continental style breakfast. We were there during Eid and enjoyed the celebratory meal by the pool.

Nice staff, good breakfast, handy 10 minute stroll to the long distance bus station. Long but easily walkable to the Palace area.
